SOME REFLECTIONS ON SOTEROPOLITAN´S PUBLIC BASIC EDUCATION THROUGH THE INTERDISCIPLINARY PERSPECTIVE OF THE EDUCOMMUNICATION

The present text results of the first stage of execution of the Project of Scientific Initiation intitled “Intersections between media, school and society: mapping of the appropriation of the medias in the school practical and evaluation of the proposal of cultural mediation for the figure of the “educomunicador”, developed in the course of graduation in Journalism of the Faculdade Social da Bahia since 2008 August. The project was subdivided in two complementary parts: one was concentrated on a field research, centered in the mapping the ways of appropriation of the massive communicacional products for the professors in their practices in classroom in the basic education; the other one objectified the bibliographical research. After the accomplishment of the empirical procedures of experience the reality, application of questionnaires and interviews with the professors and considering the searched reality, the project was directed for the ethnic-racial approach, in order to promote action in the direction of the creation of an effective and participative instrument of critical reflection and communication between all the instances involved in the process.
