Abstract

O presente artigo discute os movimentos pendulares das relações bilaterais entre a Rússia e os Estados Unidos da América a partir de uma periodização analítica de longa duração por mais de dois séculos, com destaque aos principais episódios existentes desde o período pós Guerra Fria, até o ano de 2014.
