Abstract

O presente artigo tem por objetivo definir e diferenciar os conceitos de Hard Power e Soft Power, conforme concebidos por Joseph Nye, o qual compreende a política internacional e sua relação de poder entre os atores internacionais dentro da perspectiva de um Tabuleiro de Xadrez Tridimensional em três camadas de três níveis de poderes.
