Abstract

A baixa institucionalização do bloco do MERCOSUL indica que a questão do aprofundamento da integração econômica, que culmine na construção de uma moeda única, etapa finda do processo de integração, parece esvair‐se no tempo e espaço, diante das incertezas que “rondam” a região.
