Resumo

Este artigo examina as dinâmicas internas da Ucrânia na Guerra Russo-Ucraniana sob uma perspectiva neo-Gramsciana, destacando como clivagens étnico-regionais e econômicas, além do papel dos clãs oligárquicos, moldam o conflito. Explora-se ainda a influência mútua entre fatores transnacionais e realidades locais, evidenciando as conexões entre divisões internas e interesses de potências globais, como Rússia e União Europeia. A análise ilumina como estruturas econômicas e disputas hegemônicas interagem para perpetuar conflitos em contextos periféricos, contribuindo para discussões teóricas e abordagens analíticas mais abrangentes.

Doutor em Direito Internacional pela Universidade de Estrasburgo (UNISTRA), França; Doutor em Relações Internacionais pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC-Minas), Brasil, Bolsa CAPES (Cotutela de Tese). É mestre em Direito Internacional Público, percurso Direitos Fundamentais, pela UNISTRA, Bolsista Eiffel. É mestre em Relações Internacionais pela PUC Minas. Possui Graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG).
