Abstract

Graduate students were requested to reflect and write about their values in a declaration of principles or professional credo. This paper is based on those credos, whose authors while investing on their own careers, “forget” daily difficulties and problems and express themselves more idealistically than nurses in a practical setting would do. Would it be a good strategy to discuss about the values of the nursing profession?. Yes, it would.
