Comparing the results to the standards of Brazilian legislation, it was observed that all nine samples (100%) are not in accordance with regulations for ice-cream. It was still noticed the presence of Salmonella in every samp1e, that was enough to classify them as "product potencia11y causing intoxication" and therefore "improper for consuption".
