Focus and Scope
The Boletim do CEPPA publishes unpublished technical-scientific works (unpublished or submitted to another journal), resulting from research and bibliographic reviews in the area of science, technology, food engineering and the like and follows editorial policies regarding plagiarism and ethics in regulated by federal agencies. The CEPPA Bulletin is indexed in Scopus, Food Science and Technology Abstract (FSTA), CAB Abstract, Chemical Abstract (CA), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) and Periodical Literature in Agrarian Sciences (PERI).
The Boletim do CEPPA publishes original technical-scientific papers (not published or submitted to another journal), resulting from researches and literature reviews in the field of science, technology and food engineering as well as correlated areas.

Publication Frequency
Two issues a year are published in print and online versions.
Open Access Policy
Boletim provides public access to all its content, following the principle that free access to research generates a greater global exchange of knowledge. Such access is associated with a growth in reading and citing an author's work. For more information on this approach, visit the Public Knowledge Project, a project that developed this system to improve the academic and public quality of the research, distributing OJS as well as other software to support the publication system of public access to academic sources.
