SENSORY ANALYSIS – SELECTION AND SCREENING OF EVALUATION TEAM
Abstract
Our intention is to present an overall vision of the wais to select and train a sensory evaluation team. We also define the main laboratory evaluation tests as how those laboratories are operated organized equiped.
