Abstract


This work had as is objective to improve the quality of salted and dry fish produced in the Orós dam wich is located in de region of Orós, in the State of Ceará – and had is results the improvement of fisher’s living satandard through the increasing of their income as a consequence of product, wiht higher sale prices.
