Abstract

This is a preliminary paper on how the internet has become a battleground for gender disputes. The analysis highlights aspects of existing cyberlaw to address its relationship with far-right politics and the importance of initiatives in light of the escalation of gender-based violence facilitated by technology. The third section presents data on usage, consumption, and interaction in both societies, which enabled a comparative analysis of current issues and actions within a global digital infosphere. These considerations demonstrate the need to formulate transnational strategies that enable the development of more effective and democratic actions.
