Abstract

This article aims to discuss the potentialities and limits of the use of Nvivo qualitative analysis software from the exposure of the possibility of applying this software to the study of the process of social construction of the Aeromóvel in Porto Alegre state in Brazil. We discusses the key features offered by the software, and how they work. To do so, we present some steps of data organization and analysis, following our example research. This exercise becomes important as it allows for greater familiarity with the use of this qualitative research aid tool.
