Abstract

The article aims to discuss the perspectives of the body and its interrelationships in cyberspace - in updated connections and meanings in contemporary culture and society, characterizing an analysis of the omnipresence of the body in the representations, interactions and pluralities of relationships that are established, especially in the environment digital. Thus, we seek, through an interdisciplinary theoretical framework, to consider mechanisms that point the body as a producer of meanings, demonstrating a counterpoint to the new digital technologies to think the digital body in contemporary culture in multiple interfaces: in the expression of feelings of love. and the relationships of cybersexuality through man / machine interactions, characterizations and representations of postmodernity.
