Resumo

A questão da sistematização e codificação do Direito da Informação implica sistematizar termos e conceitos no âmbito das definições jurídicas. A autora aborda o problema do sinal e do signo como aspectos centrais na legislação da informação, o que sublinha o sentido do critério escalar e não escalar em semântica jurídica. Discorre-se, ainda, sobre a importância da organização de um léxico unificado em Direito da Informação.

Illaria L. Bachilo, Russian Academy of Sciences

Diretora do Setor de Direito da Informação do Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscou, Rússia). Doutora em Direito pelo Institute of State and Law da Academia de Ciências da União Soviética (Институтгосударства и права АН СССР). Advogada Honorária da Federação Russa. Professora e pesquisadora em Direito Administrativo e Direito da Informação.
