O perfil profissional da psicologia nos CRAS na região centro-oeste do Rio Grande do Sul

O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar o perfil profissional da psicologia nos CRAS da região centro-oeste do Rio Grande do Sul. Para isso, foram realizadas entrevistas dialógicas com dezesseis psicólogas atuantes em oito municípios, os quais foram sorteados - em plataforma online - para compor o estudo. A análise das informações foi organizada por meio de dois indicadores de acordo com a proposta construtiva-interpretativa, contemplando uma esfera objetiva e outra mais subjetiva referente aos aspectos que permeiam o perfil profissional. Identificaram-se o ingresso por meio de concurso público e uma atuação mais preconizada com essa política pública. Também percebemos que as psicólogas reconhecem a trajetória percorrida pela profissão no SUAS, bem como identificam onde buscar referenciais de apoio, principalmente nos materiais oficiais disponíveis. De acordo com as profissionais, para atuar no CRAS, essencialmente, deve-se lançar mão de um olhar ampliado, da escuta comprometida e livre de julgamentos, da dinamicidade e da criatividade. Logo, a pesquisa identificou um movimento de mudança e de definição de um perfil profissional mais próximo das demandas de atuação nesse contexto.
