Abstract

This work analyzes the proposals of school autonomy impelled by the international organisms in ‘ 90, as well as an Argentine initiative developed in the frame of the educational reform of the Menem’s government, trying to reconstruct the conception of autonomy that sustained these politics, the roll that they were assigning to the State and how the institutions and his teachers were thought. Also, the study analyzes the form that were implemented these politics in Argentina with regard to the dynamics that generated a vinculum between the central government, the jurisdictions and the institutions, as to the interior of the schools.
