The article discusses issues relating to Itaipu's internal communication systems for controlling the working class, as well as the participation of its Security Advisors in information systems in Brazil and its evidence in the Southern Cone. Sources recently researched indicate the acquisition of radio systems for encrypted communication, revealing new ways of thinking about the issue of repression and involvement of companies during the military-business dictatorship. The organizational charts and equipment purchase data are the subject of the discussion presented, with as a backdrop the understanding that it was an orchestrated way of organizing repression in Brazil and in the countries of the region.
