Abstract

This article aims at presenting, in a clear and organized manner, the elements which support juridical development in Islam. Our rationale focuses on the origins of Islamic jurisprudence, concentrating on the effort of compiling and consensus carried out in the first centuries until the closing of the consensus, suspending the juridical creation in classic Islam.
