Considering the clamourous way that human rights have been violated, it is aimed to base them since a vision that is commonly called Philosophy of Liberation. The movement by this philosophical chain has taken as an initial point Latin America and, therefore, an analysis that is concerned about the protection of the human rights in that continent is very relevant. Having on mind the inter-American system of protection of the human rights, and its dynamics with the global system, as well as with the intern ways, in the case of Brazil, for the effectiveness of these rights, the work will try to delineate itself in a way that will analyze both practical and philosophical issues. Thus, it will be tried to reach a criticism under the optics of the Philosophy of Liberation, visualizing advances of internationalist legal literature, understanding its historical processes, as well as the movement of internationalization of the human rights. Finally, it will be approached the possible connection between the architectonic of the ethics of liberation, since its analectic method, and the human rights.
