O ajuste inferencial nas Relações Internacionais (2010-2023)

O artigo busca compreender o efeito do Ajuste Inferencial na produção de alto de fator de impacto no campo das Relações Internacionais (RI) ao longo da última década. RI representa um caso em que as estratégias inferenciais orientadas pela causação reversa se tornam dominantes. A razão fundamental para tal condição constitutiva pode ser explicada em grande parte pela primazia das teorias institucionais, fato que conduz a com um claro movimento em direção à revitalização do status inferencial dos estudos de caso, que vai de encontro a tendência comportamental dominante exibida pela Ciência Política (CP). O argumento central é que produção de RI deve ser visto como uma Mesa Inferencial Separada que preserva importantes especificidades em relação à CP.
