Campo esportivo e campo da dança: apontamentos sobre suas tensões na cidade de Joinville

Abstract

Os espectadores do Festival de Dança de Joinville se manifestam de forma mais efusiva do que costuma ocorrer em espetáculos de dança. O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar opiniões divergentes sobre tal comportamento usando conceitos de Pierre Bourdieu. Percebe-se que o público se afasta do habitus esperado para a dança e se aproxima do habitus considerado esportivo, gerando disputas por legitimidade. Também se nota uma busca por distinção ao defender o habitus da dança, erudito, em detrimento do esportivo, popular. Parece que os espectadores do Festival acabam gerando uma intersecção entre estes habitus, ao serem influenciados por disposições de ambos os campos, criando uma nova disposição específica deste contexto.
