Public policy in sport and recreation in Colombia. Mixing agent local positions.

This writing propose to carry out analysis of the local context in Colombia as an stage where a public policy in sport and recreation is been constructed, trying to reed how it is working and its relation to local, regional and national surrounding. Thus, through modernity/coloniality/decoloniality perspective some categories there two categories, local historical and global design in order to give account of which condition are proper of each society in the periphery. So, this exercise is founding out how identify the stress between local historical and global designs as a checking pount to propose the analysis of public policy.
