This study explores the challenges of inclusive education in Physical Education classes on the Brazil-Bolivia border (Corumbá/MS), focusing on the intersection between the inclusion of students with disabilities and border dynamics. Based on a documentary analysis of data provided by the Municipal Department of Education (Semed) of Corumbá/MS in 2024, and updated in 2025, a "double complexity" was revealed due to the condition of physical disability and the issue of border invisibility. The main finding is the "statistical invisibility" of students with binational identities, whose cultural and linguistic realities are not captured by official records, hindering the planning of public policies and specific pedagogical practices for the group. The study concludes that inclusion in this context demands intercultural sensitivity that transcends an approach focused solely on disability, pointing to the need for specialized intercultural teacher training.
