Relações dos níveis protêicos séricos em vacas da raça com o teste de brucelose

Foram determinadas as frações protêicas em 200 soros sanguíneos de vacas da bacia leiteira de Curitiba (Paraná-Brasil), dos quais 100 apresentavam o teste de soro-aglutinação positivo para e brucelose e 100 negativos. Analisados estatísticamente apresentaram um aumento significativo de proteínas totais séricas nos animais brucelosos (teste positivo) e este aumento das proteínas totais se deve principalmente ao aumento das giobulinas.
ABSTRACT
Protein fractions of 200 blood serum from dairy cattie around Curitiba (Paraná-Brasil) have been determined; from this total, 100 animais presented a positive reactiori for the serum agglutination teste for bruceilosis. Statistical anaiysis demonstrated that bruceiiosis animais (positive test) presented a significant increase of total blood se- rum proteins and this increase was mainiy determined by increasing of giobuhns.
RÉSUMÉ
La détermination des fractions protéiniques du sérum sanguin de 200 vaches iaitiéres a été faite sur des animaux du vosinage de la vilile de Curitiba (Paraná-Brésil) et, de ce total, une réaction positive pour e test de séro-agglutination pour la bruceilose a eté obtenue chez 100 animaux. Lenalyse statistique a montré quil y a une différence significative chez es animaux atteints de brucetiose (test positif) et que laugmentation des proteines totales est due, surtout, à laugmentation des giobulines.
