Resumo

Os autores estudaram, em cães anestesiados, as ações do naftidrofuryl sobre receptores gang!ionares muscarínicos e nicotínicos. Efetuaram análise comparativa com as ações ganglionares da procaina e ensaiaram antagonismo com a neostigmina, o cálcio e a veratrina.

ABSTRACT

The authors studied the naftidrofuryl action upon muscarinic and nicotinic recptors in the ganglia of anesthetised dogs. Comparative analysis with the procaine ganglionic actions was performed and the antagonic effects of neostigmine, calcium ions and veratrine were tried.

RÉSUMÉ

Les auteurs ont étudiée chez dos chiens anesthésiés les actions du naftidrofuryl sur les récepteurs muscariniques et nicotiniques des ganglions autonomiques. Ces résultats ont été comparés avec ceux obtenus pour les actions ganglionaires de la procaine. Dautre part, lantagonisme du naftidrofuryl vis à vis de la néostigmine, du calcium et de la veratrine, a été évalué.
