Abstract

O artigo procura extrair do emaranhado de textos epistemológicos e metodológicos de Rickert o esquema geral da sua teoria da formação dos conceitos científicos. Para tanto, é preciso inicialmente mostrar que a correta apreensão dessa teoria pressupõe compreender os conceitos como um tipo de “bem cultural”. Depois disso, são analisados cada um dos elementos da teoria e suas relações: “juízos”, entendidos como atos de tomada de posição, “categorias constitutivas”, “conceitos pré-científicos” e “conceitos científicos”, que se subdividem em “conceitos científicos naturais” e “conceitos científicos culturais”.
