In the book Kant in Brazil published in 2012 as part of the North American Kant Society Studies in Philosophy series, the academic titles of four of the contributors were misidentified in the "Contributors" section. Guido Antônio de Almeida, Zeljko Loparic, Valerio Rohden, and João Carlos Brum Torres were described as "professor emeritus" from their respective universities. In the United States the title "Professor Emeritus" describes all retired professors and is not the equivalent of "Professor Emérito" in Brazil. For clarity, the four professors should have been described simply as retired professors.
