Abstract

Este trabalho versa sobre a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT) de uma equipe atuante no canteiro de obras de uma construtora. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com base no modelo proposto por Walton (1971). Os pontos que necessitam de melhorias, onde obteve-se menor grau de satisfação da equipe, com tendência para insatisfatório, foram: cansaço, possibilidade de carreira e segurança do emprego. Isso se dá, em boa parte, pelo fato do trabalho por si só, exigir esforço físico e exposição frequente a intempéries. Nesses pontos foram sugeridas melhorias que possam servir de auxílio para amenizar o impacto negativo na jornada de trabalho e na vida pessoal como um todo desses colaboradores. O trabalho cumpriu com o seu objetivo, tendo em vista que ficou claro os pontos que mais impactam no desejo dos colaboradores de não permanecerem na construtora.
