Attitude of Human Resource Professionals on the fulfillment of the Law of Quotas

This study aimed to verify if beliefs, attitudes and Human Resources practices are correlated, considering the inclusion of people with disability (PWD) in organizations. The study was carried out with 55 HR professionals affiliated to Brazilian Association of Human Resource of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Quantitative methods were used to collect and analyze data. In general, it was found that the use of the constructs: conceptions of disability, possible actions to ensure the inclusion of PWD at work and perception of HR practices contributed to the identification of different attitudes of HR professionals related to inclusion.
