This study analyses how a new toy can influence the sequence of actions expressed by babies. It is an exploratory study, with two female babies, aged one and two years. The results demonstrate a graduated scale of actions, principally when compared from the point of view of the babies' respective ages. On the other hand, the influence of adults and other children can be observed when determining the manner in which interaction with the toys occurs.
