Abstract

The present article shall analyse the rapports between individuality and the objektiver Geist in Hegels political philosophy. With the reconsideration of the notion of ethical life, I try to produce an alternative interpretation of the conception that Hegel is a strong institutionalist, whose philosophy would dissolve individuality in its process of social and political institutionalization.
