Abstract

This study aims to investigate mobbing and possible relationships with well-being at work. We applied
the Biosociodemográfico and Labour Questionnaire, the Negative Acts Questionnaire - QAN and
Measures of Well-being at Work in 457 academic degree. The results showed no relationship between
mobbing and measures of well-being at work (p <0.05), indicating that the presence of psychological
violence causes a decrease in welfare work. In linear regression analysis, some negative acts at work
were predictive of two-dimensional measures of well-being at work. These results suggest that the
occurrence ofmobbing is associated with less satisfaction and commitment at work.
