A noção de “pensamento operatório” de Pierre Marty: marcas distintivas e referências freudianas

Pierre Marty (1918-1993) se destacou como o principal expoente da chamada Escola Psicossomática de Paris, a qual desenvolveu, com base em pressupostos psicanalíticos, um inovador modelo teórico sobre a interface mente-corpo. Segundo o relato do próprio autor, suas formulações se basearam nas concepções freudianas sobre a organização mental. Entretanto, nos meios psicanalíticos mais tradicionais, ainda se observam resistências à teorização de Marty e suas implicações clínicas, muitas vezes em virtude de um conhecimento pouco aprofundado sobre suas ideias ou sobre a matriz epistemológica da Escola Psicossomática de Paris. O presente artigo tem como objetivo delinear as marcas distintivas do pensamento operatório descrito por Marty e colaboradores e estabelecer algumas aproximações com hipóteses freudianas que podem ser apontadas como referências para a criação de tal noção. Buscamos discutir em que medida é possível afirmar que Marty e colaboradores desenvolveram intuições de Freud sobre o funcionamento mental e a relação entre o psíquico e o corporal.
