Abstract

The article aims to investigate the basal role of violence in the genealogyof social institutions and its consequences, in order to reflect about cardinalproblem of the contemporary political philosophy v.g. the bedding and justificationof power to command, social contrat, democratic state of law, constitutionalcontrol, state of exception, and the possibility of an understanding of politics notreferred to the state.
