The article focuses on the Globalization´s paradox between the campaigns for a free market world and the campaigns against the circulation of people. The article studies the Brazilian, European and US approach to the immigrants´ questions, and their difficulty to welcome the immigrant. Finally, the article exposes that the only way to control the people circulation phenomenon is to build a global society united against the causes of undocumented immigration.
