People analytics na avaliação por pares de competências dos colaboradores no contexto empresarial

Introdução: identificar e alocar recursos em projetos de desenvolvimento de software pode ser uma tarefa complexa para o gerente de projetos, especialmente em empresas de grande porte. O uso de técnicas de People Analytics para coletar, armazenar e disponibilizar dados das competências dos indivíduos pode economizar tempo nesse processo. O objetivo do artigo foi realizar um mapeamento sistemático da literatura com vistas a sistematizar as informações, relacionadas as competências dos recursos humanos, para uso no planejamento de projetos de software e no desenvolvimento de equipes eficientes, utilizando dados individuais para seleção e alocação de colaboradores em projetos de software. Método: a metodologia utilizada foi o Mapeamento Sistemático da Literatura (MSL). Resultados: os artigos analisados utilizaram técnicas de PA para representar sentimentos, promover, reter e para prever desgaste, estresse e rotatividade dos recursos humanos através da geração de insights para a gestão dos recursos humanos. Conclusão: esse MSL oferece um mapeamento das técnicas de PA que foram utilizadas em artigos primários e para quais problemas foram aplicadas bem como suas contribuições na melhoria da gestão de recursos humanos.
