Introduction: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly present in our daily lives, with diverse possibilities of use. They provide interactions and learning that are related to cognitive processes, algorithms and artificial neural networks with the purpose of simulating the human capacity for decision-making. In this direction, education needs to appropriate these technological and communication resources. In view of this, the assessment of digital learning becomes relevant. Digital technologies offer new assessment possibilities, enabling a comprehensive, personalized and interactive approach. In this context, this writing aims to understand the assessment of digital learning based on the response presented by ChatGPT-3.5. Method: This is a qualitative research, literature review, with the following problem: what is the assessment of digital learning according to ChatGPT-3.5? Results: Discussions about concepts of learning assessment, analysis of the ChatGPT-3.5 response on the research problem and proposition of evaluative activity using ChatGPT-3.5, addressing hybrid human-AI authorship. Conclusion: We understand that ChatGPT-3.5 provides an answer centered on the concepts of Assessment as Examination and Measurement. Furthermore, a proposal for an evaluative activity using ChatGPT-3.5, addressing hybrid human-AI authorship.
