In the year of 2010, it was verified by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), that 224,392 (25% of the population) in the city of Campo Grande (Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil) has some kind of disability. This index reflects the need to adapt urban spaces. The objective of this article was to analyze the conditions of accessibility that there were in the Parque das Nações Indígenas (Campo Grande, MS) in the year of 2016. The methodology adopted was the application of three forms elaborated by the Ministry of Tourism (2009), that were in the 'Inspections Guide - Mapping of accessibility'. The diagnosis presented whether or not the requirements of the legislation and the technical norms were met. The classification parameter adopted was the 'Accessibility Index' developed by the Association for the Appreciation of Persons with Disabilities (2009). In the field research, photographic records were used to show the accessibility elements present, absent and in disagreement with the legislation and technical standards. It was verified that some adaptations were made in the Parque das Nações Indígenas, however, without regard to the recommendations of the Brazilian Association of Technical Norms number 9050 (ABNT 9050) (2015). It was concluded that the Parque das Nações Indígenas was not presenting satisfactory accessibility conditions not only for its tourist use, as well as for the leisure use of the local population, a condition that undermines tourism of social inclusion.
