Abstract

No competitivo ambiente de negócios atual, a metodologia Scrum tem sido um componente essencial
para otimização e planejamento de projetos. A pesquisa centra-se na utilização das melhores práticas
do Scrum para a criação de um módulo analítico da aplicação web intermediária “D'VCheck” que fornece
acesso seguro e organizado aos dados dos viajantes. Para a implementação do módulo analítico, utilizamos Metabase, ferramenta de business intelligence que possui versão gratuita e arquitetura flexível e robusta,
permitindo a análise de informações corporativas e do comportamento do viajante durante sua estadia no país.
Como parte da pesquisa, foram estabelecidos indicadores internos chave que facilitam decisões estratégicas
baseadas na rastreabilidade dos pagamentos e na utilização do aplicativo. Permite também uma análise
exaustiva do desempenho comercial, incluindo vendas, receitas e comparações com períodos anteriores.
