ANELÍDEOS POLIQUETAS DAS EXPEDIÇÕES ANTÁRTICAS BRASILEIRAS DE 1982/1983, 1983/1984 E 1984/1985.

Resumo

(Polychaete annelids of the Brazilian Antartic Expeditions of 1982/1983, 1983/1984 and 1984/1985). The polychaetes collected during the Brazilian Antarctic Expeditions of 1982/1983, 1983/1984 and 1984/1985 were identified and listed. Thirty-three species and fourteen supra-specific taxa, most of them pelagic, were identified. Poorly known species were redescribed and illustrated. Some benthic forms were collected when plankton nets were inadvertently hauled over or near the bottom.

Os anelídeos poliquetas obtidos no decorrer das Expedições antárticas brasileiras de 1982/1983, 1983/1984 e 1984/1985 foram identificados e listados. As amostras são provenientes do Estreito de Bransfield, setor sul da Passagem de Drake e Mar de Weddell. Trinta e três espécies e quatorze taxa supra-específicos, pelágicos em sua maioria, foram identificados. Espécies pouco conhecidas foram redescritas e ilustradas; formas bênticas foram coletadas por redes de plâncton inadvertidamente arrastadas próximo ou sobre o fundo em estações rasas da plataforma continental.
