Música em Perspectiva accepts submissions for publication in June and December 2015 & 2016 with the purpose of exploring specific aspects of musical scenario during 1890-1935 ; 1936-1945, 1946-1990, 1990-2015, from different perspectives :

-          Composers and their works : musical analysis emphasizing styles, tendencies and ruptures

-          Interpreters : choice of repertoire, premieres and new music in different contexts, exchanging with composers; different analytical resources towards performance

-          Musical Production /Programming (Festivals, Concert Series, Concert Halls, different kinds of repertoire and presentation)

-          Musical Press (Sections, Periodicals, Authors/Editors, Critiques, Publicizing, Interviews)

Texts are accepted in Portuguese, English and French, preferably on author’s mother language

Deadlines for submission: April 30th (for publication in June) and October 30th (for publication in December).
