Keynesian proposals for reform of the international monetary system: in search of the neutrality of internationally convertible money?

Considering one of the Keynesian proposals about the international
monetary system, more specifically the International Clearing Union, this article argues that, despite the fact that in Keynes‘s analysis money is not neutral, Keynesian proposals related to the role of the international money/convertibility currency suggest us that it is “neutral”.
