TEMPORALIDADE EM SIG: APLICAÇÃO EM CADASTRO DE IMÓVEIS

Resumo

Para realizar uma boa gestão de recursos, um administrador público deve dispor de informações atualizadas sobre a região, da qual é o responsável pela tomada de decisões. Entretanto, são ainda poucos os trabalhos que discutem a representação da informação espaço-temporal, particularmente no que se refere às mudanças ocorridas na área urbana. Neste contexto, o presente trabalho apresenta uma representação espaço-temporal dos dados do cadastro de imóveis utilizados por Prefeituras Municipais. Foi realizado um estudo de caso na área piloto (urbana) do Município de Assis a fim de avaliar a alternativa de solução. São apresentados os resultados do registro da evolução temporal de eventos de interesse ao cadastro técnico municipal, considerando a compra, venda, desmembramento e unificação dos imóveis.

Temporality in GIS: Its application on realestates

Abstract

To accomplish an effective resource management, the manager should have updated information available about the area for which is responsible as far as the making of decisions is concerned. However, works discussing the representation of spatiotemporal information are scarce, particularly regarding to changes which take place in the urban area. In such a context, the research at issue proposes a representation of spatial-temporal data for the registration of real estates used by the County Administration. With that in mind, a case study in an urban pilot area was held broaching the implementation of a data model capable of recording its temporal development, taking into account the purchase, the sale, division the unification of realestates.
