The progress of the Circular Economy in Cuba is at an initial stage, since logistics is not recognized as a functional system within the value chain. There is a limited view of logistics as a mere component of the chain, despite the global trend towards circular chains. International tools have been developed to assess and measure the integration of the circular economy in the actors of the value chain. The objective is to propose a tool for measuring circularity in supply chains, based on the limitations and insufficient development of the circular paradigm in Cuba. Empirical methods are used in the development of the tool, derived from the document review, the analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction processes. The tool was obtained "MECr questionnaire", which allows to evaluate the circularity in the supply chain from the adoption of strategies aligned with the principles of the circular economy. Its practical and social contribution is that it acts as a methodological guide for Cuban companies in the process of transition to the circular model. The tool being so comprehensive can be incorporated into undergraduate and graduate programs.
