ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS: A STUDY IN A TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY

Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar e propor soluções para as falhas operacionais de uma operadora de telecomunicações, utilizando ferramentas de qualidade, como Ciclo PDCA, Diagrama de Ishikawa, Gráfico de Pareto e 5W1H. A pesquisa, baseada em dados de reclamações de clientes, identificou problemas críticos, como cobranças indevidas, dificuldades de cancelamento, mau atendimento e baixa qualidade do serviço prestado. A partir do Ciclo PDCA, foram diagnosticados os problemas e elaboradas ações corretivas. O Diagrama de Ishikawa foi utilizado para analisar as causas desses problemas, enquanto o Gráfico de Pareto ajudou a priorizar os problemas com maior impacto. Por fim, o método 5W1H foi aplicado para estruturar um plano de ação, definindo ações, prazos e responsáveis. O objetivo é melhorar a gestão da qualidade no atendimento e aumentar a satisfação dos clientes, otimizar a eficiência operacional e fortalecer a competitividade da empresa no mercado. As melhorias propostas visam corrigir as falhas nos processos, reduzir custos e promover uma experiência mais satisfatória para os consumidores.
