Abstract

No presente estudo, foram investigadas as causas de forma a melhorar o controle do processo de fabricação de revestimento para responder positivamente aos objetivos pretendidos, no qual busca avaliar a aplicabilidade do Diagrama de Tartaruga na melhoria do processo de fabricação de revestimentos de uma empresa de colchoaria. Como ferramentas auxiliares, utilizou-se o fluxograma, matriz SIPOC e SWOT que serviram como base para aplicação do diagrama de tartaruga, pois através deste foi possível mapear o processo de fabricação de revestimento de maneira coerente, identificando também as oportunidades de melhorias. Por fim, implantou-se um plano de melhorias, controlando com eficácia seus produtos e materiais, não apenas no setor em estudo, mas também de todas as áreas produtivas, de forma a alcançar um diferencial competitivo e estar à frente de seus concorrentes.
