En este documento, se exponen las situaciones globales que impactan de forma directa el desarrollo de las Universidades Latinoamericanas, así como los problemas internos que se deben sortear para poder ofrecer una educación de calidad. Es un reto para autoridades, docentes y estudiantes. Aún cuando parece una tarea compleja, hay que tener presente, que está “Prohibido No Avanzar”res.
