Abstract

Se realizó recolección de información tanto primaria como secundaria con el fin de comparar y contrarrestar la información obtenida principalmente de encuestas realizadas al sector empresarial tomando como referencia el departamento de Boyacá, Colombia, las universidades presentes, su enfoque, y la oferta laboral con su respectiva comparación con la necesidad del sector industrial de este departamento.

El principal resultado se basó en el perfil de practicantes y profesionales que las empresas requieren, ya que este personal está llegando de otras zonas del país; las universidades no están preparando profesionales según el requerimiento empresarial, teniendo un enfoque diferente a las necesidades del sector.

El encontrar estos resultados coloca otra visión acerca de la preparación de nuevos profesionales y es allí donde se debe intervenir de manera pronta y oportuna en los enfoques académicos, mejorando y preparando los profesionales que realmente requiere el país.
