APORTES PARA EL ESTIMULO A LA CREATIVIDAD, LA INNOVACIÓN Y EL EMPRENDEDORISMO EN INGENIERÍA

Las carreras de ingeniería han priorizado el desempeño cognitivo y la adquisición de conocimientos en detrimento de otros aspectos en la formación integral del ingenier@. En la actualidad, los debates internacionales sobre el fomento del emprendedorismo y la innovación señalan la necesidad de incorporar otras dimensiones educativas como el autoconocimiento, la interrelación social y la gestión de proyectos. La urgencia planetaria por el desarrollo de energías y producciones sustentables abre enormes oportunidades para la creación de emprendimientos orientados a esos fines. Sin embargo, para responder a los desafíos de un mundo incierto en transición, no sólo se requieren conocimientos de ingeniería sino imaginación para crear nuevos proyectos y llevarlos a cabo con pasión.La capacidad de emprender es un don humano del mismo modo que lo es la planificación y la gestión de proyectos, aunque no se valora ni estimula conscientemente en las aulas universitarias. Para ahondar en estos aspectos, se realizó un sondeo de opinión entre alumn@s de tercer año de carreras de Ingeniería en la Universidad Nacional de La Matanza (UNLaM). Los resultados obtenidos se enfocan a valorar los talentos requeridos para la práctica de la innovación y el emprendedorismo durante la formación profesional del ingenier@ y cómo lograr un mayor impacto en la sociedad.
