Abstract

En este trabajo se pretende mostrar una metodología desarrollada y aplicada para evaluar la Gestión Integral de los Activos de una empresa, en este caso orientada a los servicios, a partir de un diagnóstico de situación temporal, con la participación activa de los integrantes de la misma, basada en indicadores internacionalmente aceptados, para proponer un plan de acción basado en la visión y misión que tiene la empresa, con el propósito de generar un plan estratégico orientado a la mejora continua y al posicionamiento de la misma en lugar similar o mejor frente a las empresas que prestan los mismos servicios. En el trabajo se propone a la Gestión Integral de los Activos como un factor superador del Mantenimiento de equipos o instalaciones.
